These were some tests I put together for David Lewandowski for his video "Hurting"...he wanted some cool graphics on the face of the cube, including when he sees the girl for the first time and falling in love, and I wanted to give him some different options visuals. Brian Gossett also did some early tessalation tests I used as reference.
